The Formula to finding cheap properties

These days every property investor or landlord are looking for the next best bargain property to buy.
Every investor wants to know where to get their hands of these gold mine properties.
Well the simple answer is you have to find them yourself, some investors that I have dealt with in the past believe there is some magic formula out there or even an exclusive gateway to get access to 100’s of properties below market value, well the truth is there isn’t.
Well not straight away anyway.
To get your hand of some of the most lucrative property investment deals out there is a case of following a strict strategy and a process which result to marketing and targeting your niche audience, its takes time and persistence, but once the initial effort has been put in, then you will see the rewards
Most investors just simply give up at the first hurdle and decide to simply stop because they think there is some magic formulas out there. This is not true. Even now, I am constantly learning and discovering new method and technique so there is never one protocol for sourcing properties, you just simply have to keep yourself in the eye off the property investment market and yes it is possible to get in contact with some inside contact that you disclose access to certain below market value properties that are not available to the general public.
Its take determination and persistence.
Some people may experience rewards faster than other, but it all depends on the strategy you approach and the time you give. Different strategies work better than other at difference times, location or method of approach. i.e. I may have my approach which works well in Manchester, however another investor may use this same strategy down Birmingham and may not work as well, but it’s all to do with trial and error, it’s about constantly trying and changing your methods and not being dishearten because technique worked for someone else and not for you.
Once you become known as a property investor, then you will make the necessary contacts you need to break into territory that are normally available out there to the public. However, no one even I will simply hand these over to you on a platter. I have worked hard for my success, so the point I am making if you really want to get your hands of BMV properties my simple advise if you need to act and take your own steps. No one will give you this.
